Kebari®
A world-first barley whole grain, that is high in fibre and ultra low in gluten. Kebari® is a CSIRO-bred barley, which uses conventional plant breeding methods. A brand name, logo, brand messaging and style guidelines for this new Ultra Low Gluten barley grain was developed.

A visual identity was developed that was simple, iconic and referenced the reduction of gluten in the product. The brand and Kebari® endorsement marks were developed to be used on future food and beverages, allowing product look and feel to be the hero.
Kebari® gluten content, is less than 5 parts per million (ppm), well below the limit of 20 ppm recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for classification as gluten-free.
Kebari® barley was successfully launched, with the aim of restoring food nutrition, good health and enjoyment of food and beer into the lives of millions of celiac and gluten intolerant people.
Kebari® barley is currently used in the worlds first ultra low gluten beer, Radeberger’s Pionier gluten free beer brewed in Germany, the first of many products.
