Working closely with architects, council and local community, Iris Capital set out to redevelop this historic site in the heart of Potts Point in a modern yet respectful way. Working with a prestigous team of architects and interior designers (including TZG, Panov-Scott and BKH) A high-end brand was created to articulate the sophistication of the luxurious residences.
Queensgate is a legacy project for Iris Capital, which captures the essence of their ambitions while elevating the surrounding area for decades to come.

Today’s perceptions of Potts Point had been shaped by a history of characterful individuals – from witches and drag queens to Bohemian artists and convicts turned captains of industry. This colourful collection of individuals mirrors the form of the building – five unique façades that form the development.
This idea of creating a stage for individuality dovetailed with our social, stylish audiences of cultural patrons and was the antithesis of the identical, cookie cutter luxury approaches that were being seen elsewhere.
The imagery brings this aspect of the brand to life, marrying haute couture aesthetics with a sense of individuality to appeal directly to the target audience. Our brand pays homage to their rich and vibrant past while celebrating their elegant and sophisticated present.
Hero headlines were used throughout to contrast reality with aspiration –
“Live centre stage”,
“Live without limits”
“Live in beauty”
The project received significant interest from the desired target market of sophisticated, cultured high-net-worth individuals. Queesgate received significant interest from the media and was featured in articles in the AFR, The Australian, The Sydney Morning Herald, domain.com and urban.com.
